- 1 scoop of Bioplex Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate or Egg White Protein
- 1 teaspoon of Bioplex Nutrition L-Glutamine
- 1 banana
- Handful of your favorite berries
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup frozen low fat yogurt
- 6 ice cubes
Combine all above ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and serve
