Ingredients

  • 1 cup squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries

The instructions (be warned, this is pretty complicated. Don’t be scared to ask for help!)

1. Starting with the orange juice, throw all of the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend for 45 seconds or until a sufficient level of creaminess.

This makes you a thick shake (seriously, most times I have to spoon the remainder out). It tastes awesome, is quite healthy. Note that because of the protein/carb balance, this is intended as a post-workout shake.
